You can create and print reports for any shipment you have processed using FedEx Ship Manager in the past 45 days. To create a report, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Report Manager screen, select a beginning date and ending date for the report from the Beginning date and Ending date drop-down menus.
  2. Select the fields you want to include in the report.
  3. If you want to sort the report, select the fields you want to sort by from the drop-down menus. If you do not want a sorted report, do not select any sort option.
  4. When you click Create report, the report displays.
  5. While the report is displayed, you can view, print, or download the entire report. Downloaded reports are saved to a location of your choosing on your hard drive in a comma-separated value (.csv) format.
  6. You can also track any shipment from within your report by clicking on the tracking number.
