Help Options

Help Menu

  • Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:
  • Help with this page – Includes FAQs, specific instructions and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.
  • Online Technical Support –Gives you the opportunity to Find Answers Online, chat online with a FedEx Technical Support Agent or Submit a Question.
  • Interactive Help Guide –Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide and “What’s New” information.

Add or Edit References

Create a Reference

  1. Enter a unique Reference ID and Reference description.
  2. Click either Save to save the information and return to the main References screen, or click Continue to save the information and continue on to the User or Department Defaults screen.
  3. If you no longer wish to create this reference, click Cancel. You will then be returned to the main References screen.
  4. For detailed help with sections on this screen, you may either continue reading below, or click one of the following topics for more specific information. You may also click the Help link at the top of each section.

Edit a Reference

  1. Make any changes you’d like to the Reference ID, description and Reference fields assigned to the reference.
  2. Click either Save to save the information and return to the main References screen, or click Continue to save the information and continue on to the User or Department Defaults screen.
  3. If you no longer wish to edit this reference, click Cancel. The main References screen displays.

Reference Details

Add or edit Reference details

Enter or edit the Reference ID and Reference description, and then click Save.

Note: The maximum number of characters allowed for the Reference ID is 24. The maximum number of characters allowed for the Reference description is 35. These fields are case-sensitive. Please do not use special characters.
