Frequently Asked Questions
Report Manager allows the Shipping Administrator to add, edit and delete report types, as well as run reports for shipments processed in the past 45 days. The manager is accessed by selecting the Admin Reports tab on the Shipping Administration screen. Generate a report

Edit a report
Delete a report
Select a report from the Select report drop-down menu, and click Delete. Click OK to confirm the deletion and remove the report form the system.
Select the department from the Select department drop-down menu.
Select the Beginning date and Ending date for your report using the calendar icons. Please note that dates are not saved in report settings.
Click Select all to include all of the fields in your report, or select the individual fields you want included.
Select Sort Fields
Select the fields by which you want to sort the report from the Sort 1, Sort 2 and Sort 3 drop-down menus. If you want to group your report by subtotals, select Subtotal report. Your report is grouped and subtotaled according to the sort options selected.
Select Report Name
Select Save report when you have finished defining the settings for your report. To save the report under a different name, enter the new name in the text box. By default, the text box contains the name of the current report.
