Help Options

Help menu 

  • Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:
  • Help with this page – Includes FAQ’s, specific instructions, and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.
  • Online Technical Support – Provides the opportunity to Find Answers Online, chat online with a FedEx Technical Support Agent, or Submit a Question.
  • Interactive Help Guide – Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide, and “What’s New” information.

Ship History 

View Your Shipment History
  • Click the Ship History tab at the top of the FedEx Ship Manager screen.
  • From this screen, you can review or print information for any shipment you have processed in the last 90 days.
  • To view package shipment history, select the FedEx Express / FedEx Ground radio button.
  • For LTL freight shipment history, select the FedEx Freight radio button.
Search Your Shipment history
  1. Enter the search criteria in the Search text box
  2. Select the column to search from the drop-down menu.
  3. Shipments that match your search criteria will display in the table.
Sort the History Table
  • Click a column header to sort the table in ascending or descending order by that column.
Copy to My Shipment Profiles
  • Select the shipment, and click Copy to My Shipment Profiles to save the information for future shipments.
  • Please review the Shipment Profiles section for more information.
Cancel a Shipment
  • Select the shipment, and click Cancel.
  • Then click Yes to confirm cancellation of the shipment.
Download your Shipping History
  • Select Download.
  • Then follow the prompts to open or save the file.
  • You can download the Shipping History from the previous 90 days into a comma-separated value (.csv) file.
  • This file can then be imported into Microsoft® Excel or other programs that accept the .csv format.
Track your Shipments
Tracking information is available within 90 days of shipment. You may track your shipments in the following ways:
  1. Select the shipment(s) from the Shipping History ,and click Track.
  2. Enter up to 30 FedEx tracking number or Door Tag numbers in the Track Another Shipment section, and click Track.
  3. Select a reference field from the Track by drop-down menu in the Track Another Shipment section.
  4. Enter the reference information, and click Track.
  5. Select to track by recipient or exceptions only in the Additional Tracking Options section.
  6. Select the date range, and click Track.
  • Note: When you enter a Multiple-Piece Shipment (MPS) tracking number, tracking information is returned for all shipments associated with the MPS.
View or Print Shipment Details
Select the shipment, and click View details. The Your Shipment Details screen will display.
  • Click Previous and Continue to view each shipment if you selected more than one shipment.
  • Click Print if you want to print the shipment information displayed.
  • Click Track if you want to track the shipment displayed.
  • Click Return to History if you want to return to the Ship History log.
Reprint a Label or Other Shipment Documents
  • Select the shipment, and click Reprint to reprint a shipping label, receipt, or Commercial Invoice/Pro Forma Invoice for a shipment when the originals are not available.
    • These documents can be reprinted for up to 12 hours from the time the shipment was processed.
  • The reprint label should only be used when the original label is not available.
  • Using this label for shipping additional shipments is fraudulent and could result in additional billing charges, along with the cancellation of your FedEx account number.
  • To reprint customs documentation, select an International shipment and click Prepare customs documents.
End of Day Close/Print Manifest (U.S. only)
  • Click End of Day Close/Print manifest to perform the FedEx Ground End of Day Close procedure and transmit your shipping data to FedEx.
    • A printed manifest is required with your packages if they are being picked up by FedEx Ground.
    • If you are dropping off your packages at a FedEx location, the manifest is not required.
  • The FedEx Ground Manifest report can be printed or reprinted at any time immediately after the End of Day Close or at a later time if there has been more than one close for the day.
    • The manifest report will include all FedEx Ground shipments generated over the last 24 hours.
    • If you would like to be reminded to print your FedEx Ground Manifest, click Remind me to print Ground Manifest in the Complete your Shipment section on the Preferences screen.
