Help Options


Help Menu

  • Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:
  • Help with this page – Includes FAQs, specific instructions and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.
  • Online Technical Support – Provides the opportunity to Find Answers Online, chat online with a FedEx Technical Support Agent or Submit a Question.
  • Interactive Help Guide – Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide and “What’s New” information.

Refer to FedEx Customer Support for ways to contact FedEx via e-mail, mail, or phone.

Report Manager


You can create and print a report for shipments you have processed within the last 45 days. You can view the report online, print the report from your browser, or download and save it to a file.

To Create a Report

  1. First select the dates, fields, and fields to sort for your report.
  2. Then, click Create Report to create and view your Report Results.

Select Dates


To Select Dates, choose a beginning and ending date for the report from the Beginning Date and Ending Date calendar icons.

Select Fields


  • Select all fields or individual fields to include in your report.
  • If you select a field for a report and a field did not display for a particular shipment, "N/A" displays for that field in the report results.
  • For example, if you select Express Reference Information as one of the report data elements but did not complete this field for a shipment, "N/A" appears.

Select Fields to Sort


  • Reports are automatically sorted by the Ship Date.
  • To sort by different fields, select up to 3 fields from the Sort 1, Sort 2, and Sort 3 drop-down menus.

Report Results


  • To Print Your Report: Click Print.
  • To Download Your Report: Click Download and save your report in a comma-separated values (.csv) format.
  • To Create a New Report: Click Return to reports to return to the Report Manager screen and create a new report.
  • Track a Shipment: Click the Tracking Number.
