I’m shipping within the U.S. What’s the difference between FedEx® Standard List Rate and FedEx One Rate®?
FedEx Standard List Rate is available for all shipments in the U.S. and worldwide. FedEx standard rate includes FedEx Standard List Rates and Account-Specific Rates. The FedEx Standard Rate quote you receive is based on package weight entered, dimensions and other shipment details
FedEx One Rate® is a U.S. domestic pricing option for FedEx Express® shipments that includes any applicable residential surcharges, delivery area surcharges and fuel surcharge. Shippers are required to use FedEx® packaging and U.S. domestic FedEx Express shipping services (FO, PO, SO, E2, E2AM and ESP). FedEx One Rate is still subject to other charges including but not limited to on-call pickup, Saturday deliver, signature service options, additional declared value, and address/account corrections
Note: While weighing your package is not required for FedEx One Rate pricing, to qualify, FedEx Envelopes must weigh 10 lbs. or less and FedEx paks and boxes must weigh 50 lbs. or less. If your package exceeds these weight limits, it will be rated based on FedEx Standard List Rates or FedEx® Retail Rates as applicable. Please refer to the specific packaging for recommended weight limits.
