Section 2 - Log In
The FedEx® E-mail/Online Label application provides users with two methods of entry: E-mail Log in and Standard Log in. These two methods are described below.
E-mail Log in

Most users of E-mail/Online Label will utilize the E-mail Log in method to access the application. Generally, after populating the application with the appropriate shipment request information, the intended recipient of the E-mail/Online Label shipment requests that FedEx send an E-mail to the intended sender of the shipment. This E-mail will contain shipment information and procedures for the user to follow.



Additionally, this E-mail will contain a "link" (URL). When the link is clicked the E-mail/Online Label application is launched and the user is automatically logged in to the application and is presented with the Print Your Labels screen.

Standard Log in



Some users of E-mail/Online Label will utilize the Standard Log in method to access the application. Generally, after populating the application with the appropriate shipment request information, the intended recipient of the E-mail/Online Label shipment will provide the intended sender with a User ID and Password. The user should then follow these steps to successfully log in:

  1. The user should navigate their browser to the following URL: http://www.FedEx.com/OnlineLabel

  2. At the Login screen (fig 1), enter the User ID and Password provided by the recipient.

  3. Click the Login button.

Upon successful log in, the user will be presented with the Print Your Labels screen.
