  1. How do I complete a Bill of Lading auto load?
Complete an Autoload

The AutoLoad function will identify your FedEx shipments within the last three months and load the consignee and commodity information into your profile(s).
  • Consignee information will be loaded into your Address Book under the appropriate shipper.
  • NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) commodity items will also be loaded for each shipper profile.
If you have questions regarding your profile, please contact your Account Manager or our Technical Help Desk at 1.800.435.7949.

When AutoLoad is complete, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address associated with your My Account profile. This email address will be displayed on your confirmation page.

Note: AutoLoad is not available for Bill-To accounts.
