Click the Help menu at the top of each page for FAQ’s, specific instructions, and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.

Edit and Hide

All required sections will be viewable (or open). Sections that are not required for your shipment will remain hidden (or closed).
  • To open a closed section, click Edit at the top of the section.
  • To close an opened section, click Hide at the top of the section.

Create a Pickup Request

Complete the required information on the Schedule a Pickup screen and click Submit to submit your request.

All required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

Enter as much information as possible about the shipper. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

Pickup Details
Complete all required fields:
  1. Pickup date – click the (symbol) to view a reference calendar.
  2. Dock ready time – this is the time your shipment will be available for pickup.
  3. Dock closing time
  4. Special instructions – use the space provided to provide pickup numbers and other special instructions relative to the shipment. For international shipments, be sure to enter the contact information for your Customs Broker.
  5. Additional services – let us know if any of the listed services are required for your shipment by checking each applicable option. Click the links on the Pickup page to learn more about the rules and additional charges for each service.


Shipment Details
Enter as much information as possible about your shipment. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

Once the destination country and Zip has been entered, this section of the form will expand to ask for additional details.

Use the Add row and Remove row buttons to adjust the number of shipments included in your pickup request. Note: shipment details for each row must be complete before adding an additional row.
  • To country – indicate the destination country
  • To zip – indicate the destination zip
  • BOL number – if applicable, enter a BOL number for your records
  • PO number – if applicable, enter a PO number for your records
  • Handling – let us know the number of primary handling units in the total shipment, i.e. the number of pallets
  • Packaging – from the drop down menu select the packaging type that best describes your shipment
  • Pieces – enter the total number of pieces included in the shipment
  • Class – let us know the class designation for your shipment, between 50 and 500. For a quick and easy way to get a classification estimate, use the LTL Freight Classification Tool. You can also contact Customer Service at 1.866.393.4585. Be sure to note each commodity separately.
  • Weight – enter the total weight of the shipment
  • Service level – all available service options will be listed for this shipment. To help you select the best service level to match your business need, each option will note the delivery date and time, transit days, and type of service.
    Note: to see the specific charges associated with each service option, click Rate this shipment.
  • Additional services – let us know if any of the listed services are required for your shipment by checking each applicable option. Click the links on the Pickup page to learn more about the rules and additional charges for each service.

Contact Information
Provide direct contact information for yourself, and (if different) the appropriate contact on the dock. Required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

Confirmation
A confirmation screen provides shipment highlights as well as a confirmation number that can be used as a reference when communicating with your Service Center.

From the bottom of the confirmation screen you can:
  • Schedule another pickup
  • Print Service Center information

Close
