Create a New Template

If you send similar shipments on a recurring basis, you can speed your shipping process by saving your information in a template. There are two ways to save your shipment details:
  1. From the Pickup Template tab drop down, select Create New. On the following screen, enter as many details as possible about your recurring pickup request as well as a customized template name.
  2. Or you can save the information submitted on the main Pickup Request page. At the bottom of the request, open Save as Template to save your information in a template. After selecting this option, you will be asked to provide a customized template name. Template saves once submitted.
Note: You can save up to 200 Pickup templates for your recurring shipments.

Use a Saved Template

Follow these steps to use one of your previously saved templates:
  1. Highlight the appropriate template within the list provided. Templates are sorted first by template name, then by account number. Click Open.
  2. The screen will update to provide a view of the requested information.
  3. Complete inputting the necessary pickup information.
Modify a Template

Follow these steps to modify any of the details contained within your saved templates:
  1. Select Modify from the template drop down menu.
  2. Highlight the appropriate template within the list provided. Templates are sorted first by template name, then by account number.
  3. Click Modify to access your saved information.
  4. On the following screen, update any necessary pickup details and click Save to finalize your changes.
Rename a Template

Follow these steps to change the name of a saved template:
  1. Highlight the appropriate template within the list provided. Templates are sorted first by template name, then by account number.
  2. Enter the new template name in the space provided.
  3. Click Rename to finalize your update.
Delete a Template

Follow these remove a template from your saved template list:
  1. Highlight the appropriate template within the list provided. Templates are sorted first by template name, then by account number.
  2. Click Delete to remove this item from your list.
  3. You will be asked to confirm your request.

Close
