Request a Notification

All required fields are noted with an asterisk (*).

Account Selection
Highlight the appropriate account within the listing. To make it easier to find the desired account, use the buttons at the top of the list to sort the list by account number or by company name.

Note: To select multiple accounts, hold down the control key.

Event Selection
You can receive an E-mail or fax notification for each of the shipping events listed. Choose your customized notification from the following shipping activities:

Undelivered Shipments
  • Picked up
  • Arrived destination service center
  • Late – not delivered (notification is sent after estimated delivery date)
Delivered Shipments
  • All shipments
  • Late, with reasons
  • Over, short and damaged shipments
  • Late, without reasons
Images
  • Bill of Lading
  • Delivery Receipt

  • Sign up now
  • Delay recognition (notification is sent before or on estimated delivery date)
Delivery Appointments
  • Actual appointment date
  • Changed / Missed appointment
  • Delivered
  • Delivered late
Guaranteed / Expedited Shipments

  • Late – not delivered (notification is sent after estimated delivery date)

After making your selections, click Request Notification.

Notification Setup

On the following Setup screen, let us know additional details about your notification preferences:
  • Select the account(s) to receive notifications
    • Sort By – choose to sort your account list by company name or account number. After marking the appropriate option, your account list will be sorted accordingly.
    • Predictive Typing – type characters directly into the search field quickly narrow your search.
    • To select multiple accounts, hold down the control key.
    • To select all accounts, hold down the shift key.
  • Select the “Add to notification” button to add account to your notification subscription.
  • To remove account from the notification subscription, select the appropriate accounts and click the “Remove from notification” button.

Set up Event Notification

Determine how and when you would like to receive notifications.

  • Shipment type – Choose the appropriate check box to receive notifications for Outbound and/or Inbound shipments.
  • Frequency – use this section to determine how often your notifications will be delivered: You can choose between:
    • As soon as it happens
    • Once a day – use the drop-down menus to indicate the specific time you'd like to receive your information
    • Twice a day – use the drop-down menus to indicate the specific times you'd like to receive your information
  • Delivery Type – let us know the best way to provide your notification: via fax or email. If you select email delivery, enter up to three email addresses for notification recipients.
  • When all information is complete, click Submit to finalize your request.

Notification Profile


Enter an easy-to-remember name for your notification. Note: notifications will be listed by this name in your Notification List.

Review notification details to ensure you are comfortable with the information you’ve requested.

Click the appropriate Edit button to update the Account Number or Event Notification (Shipment type, Frequency, Delivery type).

Click on the Advanced Edit button to include additional event filters to your notification including:
  • All my shipments – this is the default setting, including all shipments in your notification
  • Shipments within specific states – limit your notification to shipments within specific states (select up to five states)
  • Shipments within specific zip range – limit your notification to shipments traveling between two specific zip codes
  • Shipments with business partner name – limit your notification to shipments related to a specific business partner name. If necessary, you can further filter the information in your notification by specific states or zip codes.
  • Shipments with specific business partner location – limit your notification to shipments to and from specific business partners (enter up to five account numbers)


When complete, click Update to save the scope details.

Click Send Request to finalize your notification request. Notifications will be available according to the schedule you’ve determined.

Notification List
Manage all of your existing notifications from this list.
  1. Notifications Name – notifications are listed in alphabetical order using the customized names you've selected
  2. Delivery – indicates how notifications are delivered to you, via email or fax
  3. Settings – click the Edit link for any notification to modify the parameters
  4. Status – indicates the current status of the notification, either active or suspended
  5. Modified Date – notes the date of the last update to this notification
  6. Suspend / Delete / Activate – to change the status of any notification, mark the appropriate check box in the left column and choose the desired action, either suspend, delete or activate the notification.
