Section 8 — Tracking


Overview


When you submit a FedEx Return Manager order into the system, FedEx Return Manager begins maintaining a complete history throughout the life cycle of the order. The package scan data is automatically captured and recorded in the FedEx Return Manager database.

How to Begin


  1. To begin, click Tracking on the navigator bar on any FedEx Return Manager screen. The FedEx Return Manager Tracking Screen displays.

  2. To track your customer's order, enter a valid FedEx Tracking number.

  3. After entering the required information, click Track Shipment. The FedEx Return Manager system links to FedEx Tracking on the Internet to give you tracking and delivery information about the shipment. You may track any FedEx package with this link between FedEx Return Manager tracking and FedEx Tracking on the Internet.
