Tracking ID from label: the ID is the set of numbers (after the parenthesis) under the large bar code on the label. Please review an appropriate label below if you are having difficulty locating this ID.

    Return Package Instructions
    1. Pack the items in a sturdy box using cushioning materials to keep them safe.
    2. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original barcode.
    3. Seal the box with shipping tape.
    4. Affix one label to each box. (If you do not have enough labels, you must obtain additional labels from the company that provided them.)
    5. Select whether the pickup will be made at a business or residential location.
    6. Enter the tracking ID printed on the return label. (Note: If you have more than one package, enter the tracking ID for only one package and enter the total number of packages in the "Number of Packages" field.) Select the pickup location country. Shipments crossing the US/Canadian border require customs documentation.
    7. Enter the pickup location company name. Company name is optional for pickups made at residential locations.
    8. Enter the name of the contact at the pickup location.
    9. Complete ALL address fields for the pickup location.
    10. Enter the pickup location phone number. Enter the number of packages to be picked up (default is 1). Use the checkbox to indicate if any package in the shipment is greater than 70 lbs. Optional: Select a pickup location (default is no location).
    11. The pickup date is defaulted to the next available day. To request a different pickup date, enter a new date in the field.
    12. Optional: Use the special instructions to request an alternative time frame or other pickup comments. These requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated. (limit 65 characters including spaces)
    13. Click the Schedule pickup button.
