How can I cancel a shipment I created online?
To cancel an online shipment, follow these steps:
- Log in to FedEx Ship Managerâ„¢
- Click on 'Ship History'
- Select the relevant shipment
- Click 'Cancel'
Keep in mind that you can only cancel a shipment before midnight local time, on the day the shipment was booked or on the date shown on the shipping label. If the shipping date has passed, you cannot cancel your shipment.
If your shipment has already been picked up, please contact FedEx Customer Service to proceed with the cancellation.
