Programme Agreement

  1. The discounted rates will be applicable to the air waybills that match the specified origin and destination and the designated services within the committed period as designated by FedEx.

  2. An air waybill must be uploaded prior to delivery of the relevant shipment for same to be eligible to benefit from the discounted rates.

  3. Customer’s account enrollment status must be "active" in order to enjoy the discounted rates.

  4. The discounted rates will only apply to services rendered in respect of the information as described on the original air waybill and not to any variations to the same.

  5. Overweight, oversize, return and import shipments are not eligible for the discounted rates.

  6. The limitation on overweight and oversize shipments will comply with the restriction as per FedEx service guide.

  7. Shipments with manifested data available in FedEx system will be considered. Please note there may be a delay between receiving hand written data and the data manifested into the FedEx system.

  8. FedEx reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

  9. PLEASE NOTE: the relevant FedEx Standard Conditions of Carriage will apply to all services rendered to the customer (which are available at fedex.com).

  10. FedEx standard calculations of l*b*h (in cm)/5000 apply to determine dimensional weight, in case it’s applicable.
