Request for standard e-invoicing

As part of new regulations across Europe, governments are introducing mandatory e-invoicing requirements for B2B and B2G transactions to enhance fiscal transparency and efficiency.

In Estonia, this mandate takes effect on 1 July 2025. As a result, customers may now request e-invoices in a new structured format to ensure compliance.

Important: Please complete this form only if you are registered for e-invoicing with the RIK (Center for Registries and Information Systems).

If you would like to receive your e-invoices in this new format, please complete the form below with your details. You may continue to use our existing invoicing solutions such as FedEx Billing Online and Electronic Data Interchange while your request is being processed.

We aim to respond to your request via email within 7 working days.
