How do I schedule a pickup for a return shipment?

You can schedule a pickup for a return shipment using our online pickup tool.

To book a pickup, you’ll need:

  • A printed shipment label

  • Your tracking number (AWB)

  • The shipper’s postal code shown on the label

The shipment must meet the following conditions:

  • It must not contain dangerous goods

  • It must not be a freight shipment

  • It must not have been delivered yet

When using the tool, you can also:

  • Check whether your shipment is eligible for pickup

  • See if drop-off is available for your shipment

  • Find nearby drop-off locations

If pickup isn’t available, you can choose to drop off your return shipment at an eligible FedEx location instead.
