FedEx Account

If you have a FedEx account, you can use our application "Schedule a Pickup" when logged in.


Drop-off point

Drop off a shipment that is pre-labelled at the following locations.


Please note:

  • Your booking request will always be scheduled for the following business day – (i.e. Submitted on Wednesday, booking for Thursday or submitted on Friday, booking for Monday)
  • Our pickup times are between 12:00-18:00, Monday-Friday. Deviations may occur depending on the postal code
  • Please confirm the address from where we are to collect your shipment in the below address fields
  • Other useful information such as door code / c/o address / goods reception should be noted in the "Instructions for the driver" field
  • Only one tracking number is required to be entered. However, multiple shipments can be picked up; please specify the number of shipments in the number of packages field
  • Confirmation of the collection will be sent to the email address provided
  • Please ensure the shipment is appropriately packed, a return label is placed in a pouch and not directly taped onto the package

Please note:

  • If your request is received before 11.00, then we will attempt collection today. If request received after 11.00, we will attempt collection on the next business day.
  • Our times for pickup is between 8-16, Monday-Friday. Deviations may occur depending on the postal code.
  • Please confirm your address from where we are to collect your shipment in below fields. Other useful information such as door code / c/o address / goods reception should be noted in the field “Instructions for the collection”
  • Please ensure the shipment is appropriately packed and a return label is applied. Please note label is to be placed in a pouch, and not directly taped on to the package.
  • Note below. Only one tracking number needs to be entered, but multiple shipments can be picked up. Please specify the number of shipments below.
  • There will be sent a confirmation of the collection to the email address provided in the field.
