FedEx Lead Generation program is designed to collaborate with RedStar Express employees to gain qualified leads for FedEx’s international express business. Through this collaborative program, RedStar Express employees stand a chance to earn attractive incentives for qualified leads as per the terms and conditions of this program.
Participation in the program is voluntary. All employees of RedStar Express with a valid employee id and contract are invited to participate in the program.
No there is no minimum service period requirement. RedStar Express employees are eligible to participate in the program from the first day of employment with RedStar Express with a valid employee id.
Employee ID is mandatory to participate in the program. This will help us track leads submitted by each participant and calculate incentives accordingly.
All leads will be submitted via the online lead generation link as provided by FedEx
No, domestic business is excluded. RedStar Express employees can provide leads of potential customers (prospects) with frequent International express shipping requirements.
A qualified lead refers to the submission of correct details of the prospect (customer with frequent international shipping requirements) such as company name, address, and contact details (all mandatory fields in the lead form to be completed)
“Converted to Business Opportunity” refers to leads that are further qualified by the FedEx Sales team and validated that the customer has a definite international express shipping requirement immediately or at least within 3 months of lead submission.
The program is valid from October 2, 2023 to October 1, 2024
At a time, one lead can be submitted on the online lead generation page. However, one can use the page multiple times to submit leads.

All qualified leads should have a valid company name, address, contact person’s name, phone number, email address, and potential revenue/volume (all mandatory fields on the lead form to be provided)
FedEx will share a monthly report with RedStar Express for leads submitted by employees and those eligible for incentives.
FedEx will generate the report monthly and the total payout from the FedEx side to RedStar Express will be paid monthly. Based on the report submitted by FedEx, RedStar Express will distribute the payouts to eligible employees from their side. For any queries on the payout, RedStar Express can reach out to the FedEx Sales Manager.
Leads and details for companies in Nigeria who have frequent (more than 1 shipment per month) and immediate international express shipping requirements (export or import or both) can be provided. The shipping requirements must be immediate or for within three months of lead submission. Leads for individual shippers are not in the scope of this program.

The participant who submitted the lead information first will be eligible for the incentive if the lead gets converted into a business opportunity.
Leads submitted for existing FedEx customers (active/inactive) are not eligible for incentives.
