Terms & Conditions of FedEx Lead Generation Program with National Network Provider (NNP) partner
FedEx Lead Generation program is designed to collaborate with RedStar Express employees to gain qualified leads for FedEx’s International business. Through this collaborative program, NNP employees stand a chance to earn attractive incentives for qualified leads as per the terms and conditions of this program.
Eligibility for Program Participation
- Participation in the program is voluntary. All employees of RedStar Express with a valid employee id and contract are invited to participate.
- RedStar Express vendors, contractors, and their employees are not eligible to participate.
- The program is valid from October 2, 2023 to October 1, 2024.
- Employees can provide leads of potential customers (prospects) with frequent international express shipping requirements.
- All leads must be submitted via the online lead generation link as provided by FedEx. Leads provided through any other channels will not be eligible for this program.
Eligibility criteria for incentive program
The lead submitted will qualify for the incentive program if the following criteria are met:
- Employees of RedStar Express can provide leads of potential customers (prospects) such as companies in RedStar who have frequent (more than 1 shipment per month) shipping requirements for international express shipping only. The shipping requirement should be immediately or at least within three months of the lead submission date.
- These leads have to be qualified by the lead submitter to confirm the requirement of international express shipping to avoid any non-viable / ad-hoc leads being passed onto FedEx via this program.
- The lead submission contains the correct details of the prospective customer such as company name, address, and contact details (all mandatory fields in the lead form on fedex.com)
- The lead submitter should also input his/her valid details such as employee name and employee number (all mandatory fields in the lead form on fedex.com).
- The lead submitted should have a definitive requirement for frequent international express shipping.
- In case the lead already is a customer and is shipping with FedEx in Nigeria then the lead will not be considered eligible for the incentive program. Also, if the lead is already being prospected actively by the FedEx sales team, then the lead will not be eligible for the incentive program.
- The lead will not be eligible for this program if it has already been submitted earlier to FedEx either by the lead submitter or other participants to this program.
- The lead will not be eligible for the program if the lead is for an individual shipper.
- Only once the lead is qualified by the FedEx sales team and meets the international express shipping requirements and then converted to an ‘opportunity’, will the lead submitter be eligible for incentive payout.
Reward & Payout
- For Each qualified lead converted to opportunity by the FedEx Sales team, the participant will be rewarded with a one-time payout equivalent to $10.
- The leads report will be generated on a monthly basis and the total payout from the FedEx side to RedStar Express will be paid according to the payment cycle communicated by FedEx.
- The invoice from RedStar Express to FedEx should be in a Nigerian Naira basis on the incentive calculation as shared by FedEx and as per the currency conversion rate as applicable by the Nigerian Central Bank.
- Based on the report submitted by FedEx, RedStar Express will be responsible to distribute the payouts to eligible employees from their side and applying applicable Tax regulations for the payout.
- The participant must still be employed by RedStar Express on the last calendar day of the month of the payout to avail of the incentive.
General:
FedEx reserves the right to add, modify, change, or vary any or all of the terms of the program, and the same” shall be binding on all parties at all times.
FedEx takes no responsibility for participants’ lead entries that are lost, incomplete, or undelivered due to reasons outside its control.
FedEx may choose to revoke the program without any prior notice of any form at its sole discretion, without having any liability/consequences whatsoever towards any participant.
This program is not applicable to FedEx employees.
All information received during this program will become the property of FedEx and may be retained by FedEx and its group companies for future use.
By submitting a lead, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions made by FedEx are final. FedEx may disqualify a participant from receiving any compensation and participating in the program if FedEx has reasonable grounds to suspect that this participant may be in breach of any of the present terms and conditions or if evidence of fraud is discovered.
FedEx has the right to contact the companies and the contact person submitted in the lead form to further qualify and explore business opportunity with each lead as per the standard process.
