Schedule a return pickup

To arrange a pickup for your FedEx return shipment please complete the form below. If you have a FedEx account, you can use our application Schedule a Pickup when logged in.

Please note:

  • If your located out of our service area, we will send you a post return label via email so you can drop the package off at the closest post office
  • If your request is received before 11.00, then we will attempt collection today. If request received after 11.00, we will attempt collection on the next business day.
  • Our times for pickup is between 12-18, Monday-Friday. Deviations may occur depending on the postal code.
  • Please confirm your address from where we are to collect your shipment in below fields. Other useful information such as door code / c/o address / goods reception should be noted in the field “Instructions for the collection”
  • Please ensure the shipment is appropriately packed with a return label and a commercial invoice. Please note all documents is to be placed in a pouch, and not directly taped on to the package.
  • Note below. Only one tracking number needs to be entered, but multiple shipments can be picked up. Please specify the number of shipments below.
  • There will be sent a confirmation of the collection to the email address provided in the field below.
