Frequently Asked Questions
FiT is a one stop web solution which is free, fast and effortless way to manage your import shipment clearance. With or without fedex.com user id and password, you can actively manage and monitor your import shipments electronically anytime.
There are two ways to access FiT:

FedEx users can log in with their fedex.com user ID and password

Guest users can log in with their mobile phone number or email address associated to the shipment. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile phone number and/or email address to authenticate.
FiT finds additional shipments which are associated with your mobile phone number and/or email address apart from the fedex.com user ID and password. A one-time verification code is required to verify your identity.
You will need internet access and a web browser. Please ensure your browser is up to date for the best experience. The dashboard is best viewed on Google Chrome at 100% layout.
Depending on your user type, you can view shipments associated with your FedEx account or your login email address or mobile phone number. You can see active shipments or shipments up to 90 days after pickup.

In FiT, you can view your import shipments in following status at the dashboard.

In Transit: Your shipment is on the way to Saudi Arabia.

Information Missing: Some customs information is required, users to submit related information

Payment Pending: Duties and Taxes are pending payment

Customs Cleared: Shipments are cleared by Saudi Arabia customs

FiT provides a convenient way to view any required customs clearance information and offers a one-stop platform to submit pending information, improving the clearance process.
You can log in to FiT using your fedex.com User ID and Password, mobile number or email address to get a soft copy of the Bayan, Duty and tax invoice, AWB, Commercial Invoice amongst other documents for your shipment.
You can make duties and taxes payments by accessing the shipment details and clicking on ‘Payments’ tab to view and settle any outstanding duties and taxes payment.
You can pay on FiT via credit card option.
A payment confirmation email will be sent to the payer's email address, and in FiT, the payment status will be updated.
