You can cancel a shipment created online within seven days, only if the shipment has not been picked up yet. Please login to FedEx Ship ManagerTM and click on the ‘Ship History’ tab of the label being generated. Select the shipment and click on the ‘Cancel’ button.

Yes, FedEx Ship ManagerTM allows you to reprint shipping labels and documentation. FedEx labels and documents may be reprinted up to 12 hours after they are processed, or until midnight local time (whichever comes first). Click on the ‘Ship History’ tab, select the shipment and click on the ‘Reprint’ button. If you do not have a FedEx account, please call FedEx Customer service at 800 244 2222. and provide the Air Waybill details.

FedEx Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) allows you to submit your customs documentation electronically so you no longer need to print multiple copies, enabling an earlier broker review of your customs documents and avoiding losing them. For countries that require paper copies for customs clearance you can benefit from Electronic with Original (EWO), which also enables you to seamlessly upload your customs documentation. EWO gives you access to all countries that ETD doesn’t support. When you choose the country you are shipping to, the system will default automatically to EWO if it’s not ETD supported.

Within nine months after the package was tendered to FedEx, it must be documented by sending all relevant information about it to FedEx. Only one claim can be filed in connection with a shipment. The sender, the recipient or a third-party can file a claim. Please note that a letter of authorization of the account holder or the shipper is required if a recipient or a third party wants to raise a claim.

Yes, you can. If your claim is directly sent by email to FedEx (Saudiarabia@fedex.com) or raised to FedEx Customer Service (800 244 2222), you will receive an acknowledgement email and regular updates on the status of your claim.

Unless additional time for research is required, most cases are resolved between five and seven business days after we receive your claim form.
