Published: 31-5-2026 09:00 CEST

As part of its commitment to regulatory compliance, the FedEx Group monitors and implements tax reporting obligations in all jurisdictions where it operates.

The Swedish authorities have transposed EU Directive 2021/2101 on public Country-by-Country Reporting (“CbCR”) into national legislation through amendments to the Swedish Annual Accounts Act (Årsredovisningslagen). This legislation requires multinational enterprise groups whose ultimate parent entity is not subject to the laws of an EU Member State, but which operate a medium or large Swedish subsidiary or branch, to publish a report on income tax information. The legislation applies to financial years beginning after 31 May 2024. For FedEx, the first reportable financial year is the period beginning 1 June 2024 (FY25).

This report is published by FedEx Express Sverige AB and Federal Express Corporation Sweden Branch to fulfill the local statutory disclosure obligations under the Swedish Annual Accounts Act.
