Tape: Permanent black tape strip on the left side; best with cardstock covers; lies flat for easy transport
3-ring clear view binder: Great for policy and procedure manuals or large documents; generally includes a cover and spine
Booklet: Good for marketing materials and quick-reference guides; also known as saddle stitching
Perfect binding: Best for annual reports and documents that require a highly polished look; similar to a paperback book with a “wraparound” full-color cover

How do I receive the FedEx Office discount?

To receive the discount, you must present a FedEx Office National Discount Number at the point of sale. Please note the FedEx Office National Discount Number is not a form of payment, it is simply our way to identify your discount eligibility. You must present the number at checkout along with your preferred method of payment.

Am I eligible to receive FedEx Office promotional pricing or discounts on large projects?

Yes, you will always receive the best available price, whether it's your contracted rate, a promotional price or a specially-quoted large project. You must present your FedEx Office National Discount Number to receive your discount, and the best available discount will be applied at the point of sale.

What products/services are exempt from discounts?

Discounted pricing or discounts do not apply to the following specially quoted large jobs, outsourced products or services, office supplies, notary services, shipping services, inkjet cartridges, videoconferencing services, equipment rental, conference room rental, Sony® PictureStation™ purchases, gift certificates, specialty papers, custom calendars, holiday promotion greeting cards, or postage, or services that may be offered in the future but are not available as of the date of this agreement. Pricing may not be combined with other discounts or sale items. Services at hotel or convention locations are not eligible for discount or special pricing. Products and services vary by location

What types of files can be printed?

PDF files are preferred for their document integrity across platforms and users. However, other file types may also be submitted if a PDF is not possible. A team member will follow up with you if there are any questions regarding the file type submitted with your order.

What are order turnaround times?

Most orders can be completed in 24 hours or less, but turnaround times may vary based on the size and complexity of the order. Contact your local FedEx Office account representative or your nearest FedEx Office store to discuss your order.

How does FedEx Office local delivery work?

Most FedEx Office stores offer local delivery services. Please review your delivery options at the time of order. Local delivery is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. If your destination has special delivery requirements (e.g., mailroom, security gate, hotel), please include these details with your order.
