Track Your FedEx Shipments via Email

You can track the status of up to 30 FedEx® Shipments with just one e-mail request!
Here's how:

Instructions for track by tracking number

  1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
  2. In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking number. To track multiple shipments, you can enter up to 30 tracking numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).
  3. Send the e-mail.

 

Instructions for track by reference

  1. Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line.)
  2. In the body of the message enter "account" followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.
  3. Enter your reference number. You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).

    Example 1 (one per line)
    account 123456789
    123ABC
    1234XYZ

    Example 2 (separated by comma)
    account 123456789, 123ABC, 1234XYZ
  4. Send the e-mail.
