• Our courier will help you to prepare the required paperwork for your international express shipment. The minimum information required can be found here 
• Payment options: your FedEx account number, Cash or Credit Card
  NB: Please be advised that personal identification is required for third party payment using a FedEx account number, and a credit card number is needed as security should the third party refuse payment. 
• For shipments that have been cleared for import by FedEx, you can can arrange for a pick-up by FedEx at +49-911-955-894-0.
• For shipments that have been cleared for temporary use by a trade fair broker, please contact that broker for pick-up and export clearance.

• Brochures may be imported Duty & Tax free, provided that the following appears on the invoice:
    –  The statement "International Toy Fair free handouts"
    –  The name of the receiving company with hall & stand number.
• Small, Low Value Dutiables – valued at less than EUR 22 per shipment may be imported duty & tax free.
• Shipments valued at less than USD 1,000 are a preferred way to ship, as these shipments are easier and faster to clear.
• High Value Dutiables – valued above EUR 22 / USD 32:
   

A – Can be cleared by FedEx. Duty & Taxes (approx 25% of value + freight) will be either:
 1) invoiced to the shipper or a 3rd party account number (if provided on AWB ) or
 2) billed to the consignee, cash on delivery (credit cards accepted only by prior arrangement).
No special documentation is required, although importers should not have a subsidiary in Germany.
 
 B – Temporary Customs Entries can be processed by a trade fair broker only.
If you would like FedEx to deliver your shipment to a trade fair broker for temporary entry, the trade fair broker must be contacted prior to shipping and the conditions and delivery address on the FedEx air waybill must be completed using the BSO option. 
 
Charges for temporary customs entries are min. EUR 290 (USD 430).
Please expect one additional day for customs clearance and delivery.
 For import shipments valued below USD 4,000, we recommend option A.

• Use a complete and correct delivery address on the AWB; including exhibitor name, hall and stand number
• Enter a valid phone number, so we can contact you prior to arrival of your shipment
• Enter a sufficient description of goods and a customs tariff code on the AWB and/or invoice
• The invoice must state that this is a trade fair shipment destined for the International Toy Fair.

• When should my packages arrive to ensure timely delivery?
  Packages should arrive in Nuremberg by the 1st Feb 2012 and warehousing is free!
• Does FedEx deliver shipments directly to my booth?
  Yes, we deliver directly to your booth. Please call us to arrange a convenient delivery date:

• Can FedEx hold/warehouse packages?
  Yes.  Please mark “HOLD at FedEx Location” on the AWB
  Packages can be picked up from the local FedEx station or a delivery date arranged. Warehousing is free!
• Does FedEx supply packing materials?
  Yes. FedEx supplies free packing materials.
  Please be advised that the International Toy Fair organisation forbids exhibitors to dismantle their booths before 4.00pm on the final day.
