Available to customers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.
- Web-enabled phone or mobile device with data plan
- fedex.com user ID and password
- Go to m.fedex.com from your mobile web browser.
- You must log in to fedex.com using your fedex.com user ID and password in order to schedule a pickup, and access account-specific rate quotes.
