Any written complaints related to domestic services should be sent via e-mail to email@example.com or contact form available at fedex.com/pl within the appropriate time limits introduced by Postal Law or Shipping Law.

To make a FedEx Express Polska Sp. z o.o. complaint in writing, you can download a complaint form in PDF format. FedEx Express Polska Sp. z o.o. will look through complaints forwarded in writing or by email and containing all the required documents. In case of contact by phone to Customer Service in order to make a complaint, a complaint in writing or sent via e-mail is still required. It is also mandatory to provide the correct documentation.

Complaints are considered for up to 14 days from the day they are received by FedEx unless they require more time. Answers will be issued within 30 days from the day the complaint was received.
