TERMS AND CONDITIONS: “Ship Smart to Europe and Win” (“PROMOTION”)

AGREEMENT

This section sets out the terms and conditions of the FedEx “Ship Smart to Europe and Win” Promotion (the "Promotion").

You (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", "Customer", or "Participant") agree that the terms and conditions provided in this agreement ("Agreement") govern your participation in the ("Promotion").

By submitting an entry into this Promotion via the registration link stated in Promotion invitation email (“Invitation Email”), you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

PROMOTION PERIOD (“PROMOTION PERIOD”) & ENTRY TO PROMOTION

This Promotion commences April 01, 2026, and concludes May 31, 2026

 

ENTRY TO PROMOTION

  1. Entry into this promotion is by invite only and open to FedEx account holders who receive the Invitation Email ("Participant"). All decisions regarding eligibility to participate in the Promotion are solely within the discretion of FedEx.
  2. To enter this promotion, Participants must ship to or from Europe and reach the assigned target during the Promotion Period.
  3. Accounts in cash status/ overdue for payment to FedEx / outstanding payment due to FedEx / dispute, all as determined by FedEx in its sole discretion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  4. Customers whose accounts are designated as Government Service Account, Interline Account, Global Service Participant Account, FedEx Corporate Account or FedEx WorldWide Service Account, all as determined by FedEx in its sole discretion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  5. If a Participant is a FedEx business account holder, then an individual may be nominated as its representative ("Nominated Representative") and enter on the Participant’s behalf, but not on his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted by account number.
  6. In case taxes and other levies on the discount/ rewards are imposed by applicable government or tax authorities, the participants shall be fully responsible for its payment.
  7. The number of eligible shipments is determined based on the number of air waybills. One FedEx air waybill equals one entry.
  8. Pooling of shipments from multiple accounts is not permitted and such pooled shipments are not eligible to earn rewards in this promotion.
  9. “Eligible Shipments" must meet the following requirements:
    1. FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Priority Freight®, FedEx International Economy® Freight, FedEx International Economy® DirectDistribution, FedEx International Priority® DirectDistribution, FedEx International First® Spot-rate, Last Minute Rates (LMR), FedEx® Envelope, FedEx® Pak, FedEx 10kg or FedEx 25kg Box service shipments.
    2. Shipments that outbound and inbound to Europe tendered to FedEx during the Promotion Period (this means those shipments that are tendered to FedEx by a Participant on or after such Participant’s reception of the promotion invitation email, but before the end of the promotion period). outbound shipments are shipped from the Participants’ location in promotion markets.
    3. Shipments billed to the Participant’s FedEx account and paid in full during the Promotion Period
    4. Not applicable on Customer Service hotline, SPS service shipments.
  10. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
  11. FedEx will not entertain any claim or accept any liability whatsoever regarding the Promotion. FedEx shall not be responsible for any delays, or any associated losses, errors or mistaken details communicated by the participants.
  12. FedEx shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered, arising from or in connection with unauthorized use of the account.
  13. Rewards shall be awarded to, and redound to the benefit of, the registered owner corresponding to a FedEx Account Number qualified to participate under this program as per this set of Terms and Conditions.
  14. Excluded from participating in this promotion are Customers/account holders who are going through negotiations for contract renewal, participation in new projects, biddings/tenders/request for proposals (RFPs), or any other negotiations that remain pending conclusion during the promotion period.
  15. By participating in the program, the Participant understands that FedEx is not asking the Participant to make any decisions that are unethical or illegal or in violation of Participant’s own policies.
  16. Any rewards should only be used for the benefit of the company participating in the program and not the individual employees of that company for personal use.
  17. The selected customers should not be a government owned or controlled company and should not include government officers
  18. If the Participant does not want his/her personal information to be utilized by FedEx for further promotional or direct marketing activities, the Participant may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FedEx email notifications.

 

Rewards: Selection and Notice of Rewards to Recipient/s

Rewards:

Customers who reach or exceed their shipping targets during the promotion period will stand a chance of winning exciting rewards such as:

  1. Official UCL adidas replica match ball

    Top 20 customers with the highest shipments during the campaign period to win an official UCL adidas replica match ball.

  2. FedEx UEFA Co-branded backpack and water bottle

    Next top 10 customers with the highest number of shipments during the campaign period for a chance to win a FedEx & UEFA co-branded backpack or FedEx & UEFA Co-branded water bottle.

If a tie, we will consider the highest number of shipments along with the highest shipping revenue during the campaign period.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  2.  No liability can be attributed to FedEx in the event of improper use by the participant of the prizes or use by people who are unsuitable due to age or physical/mental conditions.
  3. FedEx shall not be liable for any malfunction, defect or issue faced with any product(s) or service(s) issued hereunder as prizes for this promotion. All guarantees and limitations issued by the supplier in relation to such product(s) and service(s) shall apply.
  4. Eligibility to participate in the promotion excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
  5. FedEx reserves the right to require Participants to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the Participants with any prize, confirming that he/she is not excluded from entry into this promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the Participants has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the rewards.
  6. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
  7. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
  8. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
  9. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies with respect to this promotion, FedEx’s decision is final and no other correspondence relating thereto will be entertained or accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to issue any prizes hereunder if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
  10. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
  11. In the event of any disagreement between a Participant and FedEx with respect to interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision made by FedEx will be final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
  12. All decisions regarding eligibility to participate in the Promotion, winner selection and rewards are solely within the discretion of FedEx

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. By participating in the promotion, you hereby consent to Federal Express, its parent and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this clause), and their authorized agents, service providers and business/Country/ Marketing partners to collect, use, disclose, transfer and share the personal data you have provided (including across jurisdictions) for:
    1. purposes of conducting and administering the promotion.
    2. relationship management, sales, marketing, advertising, and promotion purposes which purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
  1. You also agree that: (i) the consent herein overrides any earlier withdrawal of your consent and will remain effective unless such the consent herein is withdrawn; (ii) the consent herein does not supersede or replace any other consents which you may have provided to FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/Country/ Marketing partners; and (iii) FedEx, their authorized agents, service providers and/or business/Country/ Marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry.
