What’s the difference between a FedEx account number and a user ID?
An account number is nine digits and serves as your customer number. It’s mainly needed to book shipments.
Your user ID is what you use to log in to your account, along with your password. It’s possible to have a user ID without an account number, say if you need to track or save shipments.
