How do I add a new user to my shipping account?

 
  1. Go to FedEx Administration
  2. Select Users in the left-hand navigation
  3. Select Create new – you can also import multiple users here
  4. Enter the new user’s information and login details – at this point, you can invite the new user to fill in this information for themselves and create a new user ID
