Payment Portal is a secure online application that allows you to pay your FedEx Express invoices using a credit card.
Important: Make sure to select your country and language preference using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen for the best Customer Service experience.
Payment Portal accepts FedEx Express invoices for international shipments and Duties and Taxes. All invoices must be billed to a FedEx Express 9-digit account number.
There is no restriction on the number of individual invoices that you can pay using Payment Portal. However, please note that you will need to process each invoice one at a time.
Payment Portal does not accept partial payments. You will need to pay your invoice in full.
No, Payment Portal allows you to pay eligible invoices without having to login to FedEx® Billing Online. However, we would like to remind you that you can choose to receive your invoices electronically via FedEx® Billing Online and disregard paper invoices.
To make a payment you will need:
Invoice or control number (depending on your country)
Payment method information

Yes. You must provide an email address in order to continue. Payment Portal will send a payment confirmation email to the email address provided.
You will be able to review payment information prior to submitting the payment. You will also be able to save/print out the payment confirmation from the screen and will receive a payment confirmation via email.
Payments made using Payment Portal are applied within 48 hours.
