Once your TNT account is deactivated, your TNT personalized rates will be replaced with regular rates when booking shipments. You’ll also receive personalized FedEx rates.
When you move from TNT to FedEx, we’ll open a FedEx account for you – giving you access to new services and tools.
For a short period of time, you’ll have access to both your TNT and FedEx accounts. This is to help ease the transition.
After this period, your TNT account will be deactivated and you’ll only be able to ship with FedEx.
Here’s how to import your address book from myTNT.fr or TNT Expedio into your FedEx account.
myTNT.fr:
- Log in to your myTNT.fr account
- Click ‘Addresses’ at the top of the screen
- Click ‘Export’ - the button with the green arrow pointing up*
- Choose the ‘FedEx’ format and check ‘all addresses’, then click ‘Export’
- The file will be saved to your ‘Downloads’ folder under the name ‘FedEx_addresses_xxx.csv’ (xxx being the date and time of creation).
- Log in to your ‘FedEx Ship Manager’ account
- In the menu on the left, click 'Address book’
- Click ‘Import/Export’ tab
- Choose to import to your central or personal address book in the 'Choose action' section
- Import as ‘Recipient’
- Click ‘Choose a file’ and select the file ‘FedEx_addresses_xxx.csv’ in your ‘Downloads’
- Confirm that the file type selected is 'fedex.com address book (.csv)' before importing
- Click ‘Import’
*If you don’t see this option, please contact the admin of your myTNT account to give you access.
TNT Expedio:
- Open TNT Expedio with the ‘Administrator’ profile.
- Press the F8 key or click ‘F8 Addresses’ at the top of the screen
- Click ‘Export recipient addresses’ - the icon with the orange arrow pointing up
- Choose the ‘FedEx’ format and validate
- The file will be saved to your ‘Downloads’ folder under the name ‘FedEx_addresses_xxx.csv’ (xxx being the date and time of creation)
- Log in to your ‘FedEx Ship Manager’ account
- In the menu on the left, click 'Address book’
- Click ‘Import/Export’ tab
- Choose to import to your central or personal address book in the 'Choose action' section
- Import as ‘Recipient’
- Click ‘Choose a file’ and select the file ‘FedEx_addresses_xxx.csv’ in your ‘Downloads’
- Confirm that the file type selected is 'fedex.com address book (.csv)' before importing
- Click ‘Import’
To add FedEx to your company's payment system, simply:
1. Follow your company's process of setting up suppliers
2. Provide the following account details:
- Bank name: BNP Paribas
- Bank account number: FR76 3000 4024 1400 0106 0231 268
- SWIFT code: BNPAFRPPXXX
- Beneficiary name: FedEx Express FR SAS
3. Remember to reference your invoice number in payments
Finally, please note the bank details for FedEx and TNT services are different.
