1. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions between each Participant and FedEx Express Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 000 495 269) and FedEx Express New Zealand (NZBN 9429047176348) (collectively, ‘FedEx’).

Definitions

2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will apply:
   1. 2.1 'Eligible Non-Trans-Tasman Shipment' means a FedEx shipment –
      1. collected by FedEx from a FedEx serviced address –
         1. in Australia for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in a FedEx serviced country or territory (excluding New Zealand); or
         2. in a FedEx serviced country or territory (excluding New Zealand) for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in Australia; or
         3. in New Zealand for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in a FedEx serviced country or territory (excluding Australia); or
         4. in a FedEx serviced country or territory (excluding Australia) for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in New Zealand, as set out on such shipment’s air waybill; 
      2. using FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Priority® Freight, FedEx International Priority® DirectDistrubution, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Economy® Freight, FedEx International Economy® DirectDistribution or FedEx International Connect Plus services.
   2. 2.2 ‘Eligible Trans-Tasman Shipment’ means a FedEx shipment: -
      1. collected by FedEx from a FedEx serviced address:
         1. in Australia for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in New Zealand; or
         2. in New Zealand for delivery to a FedEx serviced address in Australia, as set out on such shipment’s air waybill;
      2. using FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Priority® Freight, FedEx International Priority® DirectDistrubution, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Economy® Freight, FedEx International Economy® DirectDistribution or FedEx International Connect Plus services.
   3. 2.3 ‘FedEx Account Number’ means the Participant’s active FedEx Express account number held with FedEx.
   4. 2.4 ‘Participant’ and ‘Participants’ (as the context requires) means an individual or company who meets the criteria set out in clause 4.

Participants

3. This Promotion is open to Participants who:
   1. hold an active FedEx Express account; and
   2. receive an email from FedEx inviting them to participate in the Promotion (‘Invitation Email’); and
   3. are (if a company) Australian or New Zealand registered companies; or
   4. are (if a natural person) Australian or New Zealand residents over the age of eighteen (18) years old

4. Holders of cash accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
5. Individuals directly involved in the conduct of this Promotion who are employees of FedEx, or agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin. Eligibility also excludes employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organisation, or any candidates for political office.
6. If any Participant does not want to participate in this Promotion or have his/her personal information to be used by FedEx for further promotional or direct marketing activities, the Participant may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FedEx email notifications (including those relating to this Promotion or other campaigns/promotions) or call the Customer Service Hotline at 13 26 10 (for Australia) or 0800 733 339 (for New Zealand).

Entry into the Promotion

7. The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) / 11:00 (NZST) on Monday 22 September 2025 and closes at 5:00 pm (AEDT) / 7:00 pm (NZDT) on Saturday 6 December 2025 (‘Promotional Period’).
8. Participants will receive the Invitation Email from FedEx inviting them to participate in this Promotion.
9. Participants must meet make the number of Eligible Trans-Tasman Shipments and / or Eligible Non-Trans-Tasman Shipments specified in the Invitation Email during the Promotional Period to receive a corresponding entry into the Promotion’s draw (‘Entry’ or ‘Entries’ as the context requires):-

10. Pooling of shipments from multiple accounts is not permitted and such pooled shipments are not eligible to earn Entry in this Promotion.

Draw and Prizes

11. The draw will take place at 2:00 pm (AEDT) / 4:00 pm (NZDT) on Tuesday 6 January 2026 (‘Draw Date’) at 201 Coward St, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia.
12. The first six (6) unique Participants randomly drawn from the Entries (‘Winner’ or ‘Winners’ as the context requires) will each win, subject to clause 13, one (1) AUD or NZD $500 Online Gift Card (‘Prize’ or ‘Prizes’ as the context requires). For the avoidance of doubt, each Participant cannot win any more than one (1) AUD or NZD $500 Online Gift Card despite the number of Entries such Participant has made.

13. If a Winner resides, or is a company registered, in New Zealand, the Prize will still be awarded in New Zealand Dollars, and if a Winner resides, or is a company registered, in Australia the Prize will be awarded in Australian Dollars.
14. A list of Winners will be made available at fedex.com. Further, Winners will be notified by email and / or phone.
15. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Winner receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
16. The Prizes will be sent from FedEx’s Head Office – 201 Coward Street, Mascot, NSW 2020 within twenty-one (21) days of the Draw Date. If any of the Winners cannot be contacted and/or are unable to accept the prize within four (4) weeks after the Draw Date, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. In such case, a new draw will take place.
17. FedEx reserves the right to redraw in the event of an Eligible Entrant being unable to satisfy these Promotion Terms and Conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a Prize. If any of the Prizes remain unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise after the Draw Date, FedEx will conduct a further draw at 4:00 pm (ADST) / 6:00 pm (NZDT) on Thursday 26 February 2026 and the Winners will be notified in writing and/or by a phone call. No further draws will be undertaken.
18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results. The Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in cash or in other products or services. FedEx will only award the Prizes following Winners’ validation and verification.
19. The Participants acknowledge and agree that the Prizes are subject to third party terms and conditions, which are available to view at https://www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/ (AU Terms and Conditions) and https://www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/terms-of-service/ (NZ Terms and Conditions) (collectively ‘Prezzee Terms and Conditions’). By entering this Promotion, the Participants will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the applicable Prezzee Terms and Conditions and Participants are solely responsible for complying with them. FedEx will not be liable for any failure by any Participant to comply with the Prezzee Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

20. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law, FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss or denial of an opportunity, loss of goodwill) which is suffered by a Participant or other parties in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to (a) personal injury; (b) tax obligations that may arise from accepting and using the Prize; (c) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under FedEx’s control); (d) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) incorrect details lodged by Participants; (e) any shipment or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by FedEx) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of FedEx; or (f) possession or use of a Prize. In addition, participation in this Promotion and / or use of the Prize is entirely at the own risk of the Participant and for their own account.
21. The Prize is awarded in its current state. FedEx is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the Prize, or for any damage resulting from delivery (shipping) of the Prize.
22. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx reserves the right to vary any Prize or may substitute the Prize for a prize of like or equal value or cancel this Promotion if it is no longer able to run the Promotion due to reasons beyond its control. FedEx will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
23. The terms and conditions of carriage on the applicable FedEx Air Waybill in effect on the day of any shipment shall apply to the shipment.
24. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
25. FedEx is not responsible for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
26. By entering into this Promotion, each Participant consents to FedEx collecting, using and disclosing his or her personal information for and in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of facilitating the Promotion, awarding Prizes, publishing the names of Winners in emails and on fedex.com and complying with applicable laws. Without limiting the foregoing, each Participant’s personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with FedEx’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available by contacting FedEx or from our website: Australia: https://www.fedex.com/en-au/privacy-policy.html; New Zealand: https://www.fedex.com/en-nz/privacy-policy.html.
27. If a Participant nominates an employee or officer of the Eligible Entrant to receive a Prize (‘Nominee’) then such Participant warrants it has obtained the consent of the Nominee for the purpose of FedEx using the personal information of such Nominee in the same manner as that of the Participant as set out in these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to clause 26) and indemnifies FedEx against all liability, loss and damages suffered by FedEx resulting from a breach of such warranty.
28. Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that they have complied with any of its own policies, rules and guidelines (‘Policies’) in relation to receiving ‘prizes’ from its suppliers and the each Participant warrants that it will be in full compliance of such Policies by accepting the Prize or nominating a Nominee to accept the Prize.
29. FedEx will not be obliged to award Prizes if it would be contrary to any applicable laws.
30. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
