Alternatively, if you have a FedEx account number, you can sign up to FedEx Billing Online to receive and pay your invoices by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Make sure to include the invoice number or shipment number in the description field, while making your transfer.
When paying multiple invoices, include both invoice and customer numbers and email an itemized remittance advice (a list of all invoices you have paid) to remit@fedex.com (supported file types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, PNG).
