Submitting a Claim
At FedEx, we strive to ensure that your shipments arrive at their destination on time and undamaged. In the event of a claim, the Insured or their Representatives/Agents is required to give notice to FedEx as soon as you become aware of any loss or even if there is a threat of potential loss.
