Submitting a Claim

At FedEx, we strive to ensure that your shipments arrive at their destination on time and undamaged. In the event of a claim the Insured or their Representatives/Agents is required to give notice to FedEx as soon as you become aware of any loss or even if there is a threat of potential loss. No claims will be considered after 30 days from delivery of shipment or expected delivery of shipment. In the event that loss and/or damage occurs as a result of a hi-jacking, the Insured or their Representative/Agent must notify FedEx within 7 days of the hi-jacking taking place.
