Fraudulent Email Alert

You may receive an email message with a vague subject line referencing an invoice (e.g. “Package Arrival,” “Please, confirm your package,” “Your FedEx invoice is ready to be paid now,” “Please pay your outstanding FedEx invoice,” “New FedEx Invoice,” “Your FedEx invoice is ready,” “Pay your FedEx invoice online”, “FedEx #37385”).

If you receive a message matching this description do not open the email or enter any personal information. Delete the email immediately. Clicking links on this message will likely download malicious software to your computer.

FedEx does not send unsolicited emails to customers requesting information regarding packages, invoices, account numbers, passwords or personal information.

You will receive an email notification about your new invoices only if you have a FedEx account and are enrolled in FedEx Billing Online (FBO). If you are enrolled in FedEx Billing Online, you can go to fedex.com/fbo, login with your authentication and view the status of your account/invoices/shipments.

If you wish to report the email, please contact abuse@fedex.com, or the Customer Protection Center.
