Service Description |
Under this service the Shipper can request FedEx India to have the Commercial Invoice (CI)/Delivery Challan (DC) signed by the Recipient at the time of delivery and return the signed copy back to the Shipper within 15 working days. Shipment will be delivered only against invoice acceptance by the Recipient. |

Exceptions |
D.I.A. service is not available with FedEx Priority OvernightTM . In addition, D.I.A. service is not available in combination with Freight to Collect (FTC). |
Special Instructions |
Specify secured1 or unsecured1 or cash payment type when preparing the C.O.D. /.D.I.A. Waybill. |
Special Fees |
A fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable per Waybill for D.I.A. |
Availability |
D.I.A. is available with the FedEx Standard OvernightTM and FedEx EconomyTM services only. |
Note:
- This service would incur an additional charge. Please refer to the India Domestic Tariff or call Customer Service.
- C.O.D. / D.I.A. shipments will be booked only for customers who have a valid shipper account.
- Delivery on Invoice Acceptance Service is offered to select destinations only. Kindly call Customer Service to know more.
