1. By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions between you and FedEx Express Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 000 495 269) (“FedEx”).

Promotion Period

2. The Promotion commences at 12 am (AEDT) on Monday 2 February and closes at 11.59 pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 31 March 2026.

Participants and Entry to the Promotion

3. Entry into this Promotion is only open to existing FedEx Express shipping account holders who:-
   1. are contacted by a FedEx representative by phone and email inviting the account holder to participate in the Promotion; and
   2. are (if a company) Australian registered companies; or
   3. are (if a natural person) Australian residents over the age of 18 years old.
4. To enter this Promotion, Participants must make one Eligible Shipment in accordance with clauses 10 and 11 within the Promotion Period.
5. One air waybill is equivalent to one shipment. 
6. A holder of a cash account or deleted account is not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
7. If a Participant is a FedEx business account whose business or company is registered in Australia, then an individual person may be nominated as its representative ("Nominated Representative") and participates on the Participant's behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per Participant.
8. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including delays in the pickup/delivery of a shipment to participate in this Promotion due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.
9. If any Participant does not want his/her personal information to be used by FedEx for further promotional or direct marketing activities, the Participant may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any FedEx email notifications (including those relating to this Promotion or other campaigns/promotions) or call the Customer Service Hotline at 13 26 10.

Eligible Shipment

10. The Eligible Shipment must meet all the following requirements:

• International shipments booked by the Participant, and tendered to and collected by, FedEx from a FedEx serviced address outside of Australia for delivery to another FedEx serviced address in Australia, or from a FedEx serviced address in Australia for delivery to another FedEx serviced address outside of Australia, all as detailed on that shipment’s Air Waybill, using any of the following FedEx shipping services:
  • FedEx International Priority®,
  • FedEx International Priority® Freight,
  • FedEx International Priority® DirectDistrubution,
  • FedEx International Economy®,
  • FedEx International Economy® Freight,
  • FedEx International Economy® DirectDistribution, or
  • FedEx International Connect Plus.

2. Total minimum consignment weight is one kilogram.
3. Participants must use their FedEx Express Shipping Account Number that the Eligible Entrant holds with FedEx.
4. Shipping charges for the Eligible Shipment must also be paid for in full by the Participant in accordance with the terms of the applicable invoice and Eligible Shipments must meet the requirements of FedEx’s applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Standard Conditions of Carriage.

11. Eligible Shipments do not include:

• All other FedEx shipping and additional services available in Australia which are not listed in 10(i) above;
• All TNT Express International and Domestic Services;
• TNT International Air Freight;
• TNT International Sea Freight;
• TNT International Special Express; and
• Any shipment paid for in cash.

Prize

12. A Participant who makes one Eligible Shipment (specified above) during the Promotion Period will receive one AU$40 digital gift card issued by Prezzee Pty Ltd. Only one Prize is available per Participant.
13. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Prize is subject to third party terms and conditions, which are available to view at https://www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-service/ (“Prezzee Terms and Conditions”). By entering this Promotion, the Participant will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Prezzee Terms and Conditions and the Participant is solely responsible for complying with them. FedEx will not be liable for any failure by a Participant to comply with the Prezzee Terms and Conditions.
14. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Participant receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
15. The Prize will be sent from FedEx Australasia’s Head Office, located at 201 Coward Street, Mascot, NSW 2020 Australia, within one month of 31 March 2026.
16. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx’s decision to award or not award a Prize is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or other products or services.
17. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx reserves the right to replace the Prize with other items of equivalent value without notice.

General Terms and Conditions

18. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law, FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss or denial of an opportunity, loss of goodwill) which is suffered by a Participant or other parties in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to (a) personal injury; (b) tax obligations that may arise from accepting and using the Prize; (c) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under FedEx’s control); (d) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) incorrect details lodged by Participants; (e) any shipment or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by FedEx) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of FedEx; or (f) possession or use of a Prize. In addition, participation in this Promotion and/or use of the Prize is entirely at the own risk of the Participant and for their own account.
19. Eligibility to participate excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers and agencies associated with the Promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government-owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organisation, or any candidates for political office.
20. FedEx reserves the right to require a Participant to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding him/her with the gift card, confirming that the Participant is not excluded from participating in this Promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the Participant has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the Promotion Prizes.
21. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
22. By entering this Promotion, the Participant consents to FedEx using his or her personal information in connection with this Promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and providing the Prizes. Each Participant’s personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with FedEx’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available by contacting FedEx or from our website: https://www.fedex.com/en-au/privacy-policy.html.
23. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion.
24. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will prevail.
25. FedEx will not be obliged to award the Prize if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
26. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
