Terms and Conditions: FedEx® Discount Program
Registration for the Discount Program for Businesses Mentored by Influencers
These Terms and Conditions apply to the FedEx Discount Program (the “Discount Program for Businesses Mentored by Influencers”). This program is valid for import and export shipments to and from over 220 countries where FedEx operates (subject to each country’s restrictions).
1. Description:
The Discount Program for Businesses Mentored by Influencers is a special initiative developed to help businesses achieve their commercial goals through logistical solutions with special discounts on FedEx’s standard rates. Eligible FedEx accounts may join the program starting April 15, 2025.
2. Conditions:
To be eligible for the Discount Program, new FedEx accounts must meet the following criteria:
a. The account’s billing address must be located in an eligible country.
b. The account must be in good standing with FedEx. If the account already has an active discount, the benefits are not cumulative — the highest available discount will apply.
3. How to Enroll:
Enrollment is done by completing a registration form and undergoing a credit evaluation. Each member is individually assessed, starting with a 50% discount, which may be increased based on the sales executive’s evaluation, considering the potential of the business opportunity.
4. Eligible Services:
The discount applies only to the following services for shipments to/from the more than 220 countries where FedEx operates:
- FedEx International Priority®
- FedEx International Priority Express®
- FedEx International Economy®
- FedEx International Priority® Freight
- FedEx International Economy® Freight
5. Exclusions:
Discounts do not apply to fuel surcharges, taxes and customs duties, special handling, additional charges, or any other ancillary fees.
If the LMR (Last Minute Rate) appears in the shipment quote, all other discounts will automatically be disregarded due to the extremely reduced cost and opportunity represented by the LMR.
FedEx accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be deactivated and will lose the discount benefit. FedEx reserves the right to immediately terminate any account that provides incorrect or incomplete information or misuses the account.
6. Discount Rate:
The discount starts at 50% and may be increased based on the account holder’s credit evaluation. It applies to all the services listed above for eligible countries.
7. Contact:
After registration on the exclusive landing page for members, the BDG team will have up to 24 hours to carry out the credit analysis and contact the member to learn more about their business segment.
The sales team will have an additional 48 hours to negotiate discounts and provide support.
8. Modifications:
FedEx may cancel or modify this Discount Program and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to accounts registered in the program.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling in the Discount Program for Businesses Mentored by Influencers, the member fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. FedEx’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all shipments.
10. About the Program:
This is an exclusive discount program for businesses participating in mentorships with influencers. In case of inconsistencies, proof of participation in the course, mentorship, or influencer-led guidance may be requested.
11. Applicability:
The program is valid for one year, starting April 15, 2025. At the end of this period, discounts will be reviewed, and the program may be renewed and expanded in partnership with the influencer.
12. Payment Methods:
The program will operate only with the payment method previously linked to the account. Other methods may be added in the future without prior notice.
13. Data Processing:
The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - "LGPD") and the FedEx Privacy Notice. By participating in the campaign, the customer authorizes FedEx to use their name, image, and/or testimonials for promotional purposes, at no additional cost, in any media, without the need for prior notice or additional consent.
If the customer refuses to authorize FedEx to use their image for promotional purposes in any media, FedEx will not capture individualized images, and if any individualized image is captured outside the context of general image collection at the location or event, FedEx will delete the image and not use it for any purpose.
14. Jurisdiction:
Any disputes or controversies related to the campaign will be resolved in accordance with Brazilian law, and the court of the city of São Paulo shall have jurisdiction to resolve any legal matters.
