How can I arrange or schedule a pickup?

Here are a few ways you can arrange a pickup:

  • If you’re a registered FedEx customer, you can schedule a pickup on FedEx Ship Manager™ *
  • You can also drop off shipments for pick up at a FedEx location near you or call our Customer Service team for assistance

 

*Note: When preparing a Global Air Freight shipment with FedEx Ship ManagerTM at fedex.com, please be sure to check the option that indicates that this is a GAF shipment in the ‘Service Details’ section. After completing the shipment, contact us at 3003 3339, ask for “GAF,” or send an email to ce.gafbr@fedex.com to request your shipment booking.
