Create a fedex.com User ID
Six steps to create a fedex.com User ID:
STEP 1
Make sure you have created a 9-digit FedEx account. If not, please follow the guide here.
STEP 2
Click "Sign up/Log in" at the top of the page, and click "CREATE USER ID (FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS)”
STEP 3
On the "Contact Info" page, create a User ID and password, choose a secret question and enter your contact information.
STEP 4
After reading the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, click the "I Accept" button to proceed.
STEP 5
On the "Account Info" page, enter your FedEx account number and click "Continue."
STEP 6
When successful, you will see the Confirmation screen.

Remember you first have to open a FedEx account before you can create a fedex.com User ID.
When creating a password, please note that it cannot contain your Company Name, First Name, Last Name or Email Address.
