FedEx Indonesia Ship Your Way to the USA Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”)

PROMOTION SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By submitting an entry into this promotion, you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. This promotion commences on 28 April 2025 at 12:00 am Jakarta, Indonesia time and concludes on 31 July 2025 at 11:59 pm Jakarta, Indonesia time.

3. Entry to Promotion

i. Entry into this promotion is open to FedEx corporate account holders who are residents of Indonesia

ii. To enter this promotion, participants must successfully enrol through the designated online lucky draw page during the Promotion Period and send eligible shipments during the Promotion Period. Shipment eligibility details are set out in Clause 5 below.

iii. If a participant is a FedEx business account, then an individual person may be nominated as its representative (“Nominated Representative”) and enter on the participant’s behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted per participant.

iv. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.

v. Incomprehensible, objectionable, and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible to earn entries to the Lucky Draw promotion.

vi. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected lucky draw entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

4. Prizes, Selection and Notice of Winners

i. The lucky draw prize, referred to as a “free trip to the USA,” is a travel voucher issued by Bayu Buana Travel Services with a total value not exceeding IDR 100,000,000. The winner may use this voucher to purchase up to two (2) economy-class round-trip airline tickets from Jakarta, Indonesia to the United States, subject to the terms and conditions of Bayu Buana Travel Services and the respective airline(s). Any additional costs beyond the voucher amount, including but not limited to taxes, fees, surcharges, upgrades, or any other travel-related expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

ii. Each eligible shipment sent during the promotion period will count as a lucky draw entry for enrolled participants. Multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period will correspondingly count as more chances to win the lucky draw.

iii. One (1) lucky draw winner will receive the item below:
1 x Bayu Buana Travel & Service voucher worth IDR 100,000,000.

iv. FedEx reserves the right to replace the reward stated herein with other items of equivalent value without notice. The reward stated herein cannot be exchanged for cash, cash-equivalents or any other gifts, goods or service of value.

v. The winners will be selected through a raffle draw conducted by FedEx within 3 months of the end of the promotion period.

vi. The results of the promotion lucky draw will be notified to the winner through email, and mobile phone call.

vii. The winners of the promotion lucky draw will receive details on how to collect their prizes after the raffle draw is conducted.

viii. In the event that any reward is not claimed within 30 days after the winner is contacted, the reward will be forfeited.

5. Shipment Eligibility

i. An “Eligible Shipment” is a shipment which meets all the following requirements:

1. Shipments billed to a Participant’s FedEx Express account.

2. Outbound shipments sent to Transpacific destinations (as detailed below) tendered to FedEx Express during the promotion period

6. General

i. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a participant or other parties in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

ii. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.

iii. FedEx reserves the right to require the winner(s) to execute a certificate of eligibility prior to awarding the winner(s) with the prize, confirming that the winner is not excluded from entry into this promotion pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and that the winner(s) has complied fully with these Terms and Conditions. Truthful completion of this certificate is a precondition to the award of the prizes.

iv.FedEx is committed to data privacy compliance. Your personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, transferred, shared and otherwise handled/processed (including across jurisdictions) by FedEx entities and affiliates (collectively “FedEx” for the purposes of this Clause), for relationship management, marketing, advertising and promotion purposes. These purposes include any other purpose as authorized by you, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. FedEx, its authorized agents, service providers and/or business/marketing partners may contact you via any mode and media about products and services offered by FedEx regardless of your registration(s) with any do not contact/call registry. Where your consent is required, by submitting your personal information and/or participating in this promotion, you expressly provide such consent. In addition, you hereby represent and warrant that you are the user and/or subscriber of the contact details provided by you.

v. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the participant, each participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.

vi. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.

vii. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.

viii. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies or inaccuracies with respect to this promotion, FedEx's decision is final and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the prizes if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.

ix. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
