We want to work with experienced Contracted Service Providers (CSPs) who are keen to grow their business, build a business relationship with FedEx and who strive for service excellence.

We’re looking for CSPs who:

  • Are trading as Limited liability companies
  • Are fully compliant with the applicable law and regulations, including labour, tax and social security
  • Have consolidated experience in the market, for at least 12 months
  • Can provide sufficient drivers and vehicles
  • Have drivers who are organised, good communicators and committed to providing great service
  • Have a strong knowledge of and commitment to safety and compliance
  • Have a keen desire to grow their business

Throughout the process, you’ll liaise with one of our Contracted Service Provider District Leads.

Meet
If we feel your company could be a good fit for FedEx, you’ll be invited to a Business Evaluation meeting.

Request for Quotation (RFQ)
If we feel your company could be right for us and following a compliance due diligence from FedEx, you can participate in an RFQ process, where you’ll be invited to pitch your business and its services.

Contract Award
If you’re successful in the RFQ process, your company may be awarded a contract as a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx.
