Get peace of mind fast with picture proof of delivery
We now provide picture proof of delivery for residential shipments released without a signature in Europe, U.S and Canada. With visual confirmation of delivery, you know exactly where your package was left.
How it works?
When you create your shipment, just select the Non-Signature Required option. Your FedEx driver will snap a picture of your package, at the delivery site, and it will automatically sync to your tracking number.

GPS Proof of Delivery: view your package location
GPS Proof of Delivery adds another layer of visibility by showing the nearest coordinates to where your package was marked as delivered. This feature, which is available in your shipper account, helps you quickly confirm the delivery location with map-based accuracy. The delivery location is displayed on a map, providing a clear visual reference of where the package was left.
