The FedEx network has recently been impacted by severe winter weather across the United States. Additionally, the Omicron variant of COVID-19 is affecting staffing, putting strain on operations, much like it has the entire airline industry. Employee safety is our number one priority, so please expect delays.
We are implementing contingency plans and adjusting operations to the best of our ability to continue providing the best possible service to our customers during these difficult times.
We regret any inconvenience you may experience and are committed to delivering your shipments to their destinations as soon as possible.
Effective January 3, 2022, we can deliver your shipments by 10:30 a.m. or noon to select postal codes in the below countries and territories1 with our new service FedEx International Priority® Express, or deliver by the end of the day to more than 220 countries and territories using our FedEx International Priority® service.

Due to the situation in the country, service to and from Afghanistan is temporarily disrupted. We will not accept shipments to or from Afghanistan at this time.
FedEx Delivery Manager is an interactive delivery options and notifications solution. It notifies recipients of pending deliveries via email and allows them to proactively customize final delivery.
Recipients can benefit from the possibility to receive their shipments when and where they want them delivered. Recipients in Pakistan will receive a notification by email informing them that their package has been picked up by FedEx, they can either wait for their delivery as planned, or can change their delivery information in a few simple steps via our secure website.
