By opening a FedEx account you will have access to multiple online tools, including the new advanced FedEx Ship Manager, FedEx Billing Online and FedEx Advanced Tracking.
You will also be able to manage your account and shipments seamlessly with access to your online profile and address book.

There is no fee to open any type of FedEx account. Shipping account creation requires you provide a credit card number so that your billing information is tied to your FedEx account. In order to verify the credit card information, a temporary €1 hold may be placed on your credit card.

FedEx Express Terms and Conditions of Carriage for Europe apply to the carriage of FedEx shipments originating intra-Europe.
Please note that the relevant conditions of carriage limit and in some instances exclude the liability of FedEx.
The FedEx Online Account cannot be used to ship the following:
International shipments:
- Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
- Items that are prohibited by the above conditions of carriage, by law or the FedEx Service Guide
- Third party shipments
- Knives, blades and e-cigarettes
The FedEx Online Account is not suitable for logistics services providers, third party resellers or middlemen.
Promotional pricing applies to Regional Economy and FICP intra Europe rates only – end by 31st January 2026.
If you open a FedEx Online Account you will need to provide credit card details as part of the account opening process. These credit card details will be used and charged each time you send a FedEx shipment.

Yes, FedEx Ship Manager will give you the option to pay more to select a higher ‘declared value for carriage’ which will increase the level of FedEx liability for loss and/or damage of your shipment. There are restrictions upon what items an additional higher declared value for carriage is available on – please refer to the applicable conditions of carriage.
