COVID-19 has changed the world and our way of life. But rest assured that we're still here, open and ready to deliver for you.

We're continuing to make critical connections around the globe even during the COVID-19 outbreak, delivering strength to people and communities in need. At FedEx, we are committed to the communities we serve – a responsibility we take seriously, especially in uncertain times like these.

Delivering service and support — today and always

We understand that it is even more important for businesses like yours to provide goods and services to keep aid and commerce moving; which is why we still have planes in the air; trucks on the road; and our locations are open to hold your packages. We’re continuing to operate and deliver for you and your customers everywhere as local conditions and restrictions allow.

We want to let you know that we are here for you.

Adapting to a changing world

As we continue to support the global supply chain, we’re also taking all the necessary steps to protect our customers and team members. We are closely monitoring guidance by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health organizations, and taking recommended precautions in terms of health and safety. We are sanitizing our vehicles and premises daily, and are providing protective equipment such as masks and gloves to our team members. We have also revised the guidelines for pick-ups and deliveries making them contactless and updated courier etiquettes on social distancing, as well as adopted “work from home” rules when the job allows it.

How we're Delivering for Good to help combat COVID-19

In times of need, our FedEx Cares team steps up to support organizations with mission-critical demands. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have provided delivery of personal protective equipment and critical supplies to organizations around the world.

We have distributed more than 4 million COVID-19 test swabs in the U.S., flown into Memphis, Tennessee, from Italy via U.S. Air Force C-17 cargo planes,  and we continue to help numerous organizations fight COVID-19 by providing in-kind shipping services and logistical expertise.
