Applying for an EORI number

Since 1st July 2009, European Union legislation requires that all member states adopt the EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) system. This number is mandatory for all companies and all types of export and import shipments.
Without an EORI number, your packages will not be released from customs.

This number must appear on customs declarations during customs clearance of goods sent to you (EC regulation no. 312/2009 of 16th April 2009, France and Monaco).

To make an EORI number application, you need to contact customs services www.douane.gouv.fr/page.asp?id=427 and complete the following document http://www.ulam.info/IMG/pdf/Demande_EORI.pdf

If your application is in process, please inform us of the validation of your EORI identification rapidly at this email address CPMATCHING@corp.ds.fedex.com or by mail at the following address:
Federal Express International
Att. Service Douane Import (EORI)
Route de l’Arpenteur – BP 10156
95702 Roissy CDG cedex
France

If we do not receive your EORI number, we will not be authorized to take charge of your packages and will then be forced to return them to their sender or transfer them to a Forwarding agent of your choice.
